I recommend using the US Customary measurements provided (just toggle from Metric to US Customary above the ingredient list). Many scales aren't sensitive enough to accurately weigh spices in grams (especially the clove).
Combine 1/4 cup ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp ground nutmeg, 2 tsp ground allspice, and 1/2 tsp ground cloves in a bowl and whisk thoroughly until evenly blended.
Store in an airtight container (a mason jar with spice lid works great!) for up to 1 year or until the earliest expiration date of your individual spices.
Notes
For a spicier blend, use Saigon (Vietnamese) cinnamon. You can also add a pinch of black pepper or cayenne pepper for a similar warming effect – but make sure it's just a pinch! You won't taste the pepper, but you'll get the subtle heat.
