Prep your ingredients. Thinly slice 1 beefsteak tomato, 1 cucumber, and 1 red onion. Dice 1/4 cup sweet piquante peppers.
Assemble your sandwich. On one slice of tomato basil sourdough bread, spread 2 tbsp hummus. Crumble 2 tbsp feta cheese on top and press it in. Do the same with the diced peppers. Then, add 1/4 cup salad greens and slices of the beefsteak tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Top it with your second slice of tomato basil sourdough bread.
